Why This Scene from Brad Pitt's Movie Tree of Life Might Make Me Laugh

I’m not a fan of Brad Pitt’s. Oh, he’s an earnest enough actor but he’s not very good. People, in my opinion, have gone to watch him because he’s been a pretty boy, not because of his mediocre talent.One of my favorite movie scenes to snark at was the one from *Meet Joe Black* where he is having sex with whateverhernamewas by the pool. The expressions on his face are hilarious as he attempts to show that Death Is Trying To Figure Out This Sex Bizness. That scene was unnecessary, gratuitous, and hey, who says Death Doesn’t Have the Skinny on an O?

I haven’t read any reviews that said *Tree of Life* was any good, but this one reminded me of the same Death scene, so I wonder if Pitt channelled his special O faces for this one too.

In one of these, Jack sneaks into a neighbor’s home and rifles through a woman’s lingerie drawer, holding up a transparent slip with an air of curiosity and wonder.

Heh. I’d love it if someone would make a compilation of scenes like this from Brad Pitt for buzzlink or urlesque-I’d totally watch THAT but I”m not spending money OR time to watch the whole thing.

I needed to put in a baffle on the dog pen to keep my precious from climbing up and scaling the fence. Problem solved with rebar wire and hardware cloth. 1/3 of the hardware cloth folds out so that it prevents her head from getting up. Works pretty good and humane!

Because this just feels like halcyon days-from Monday.

$400 mouthguard saga

So I got a mouthguard because I grind my teeth at night. Hub told me a pleasant side effect is it seems to help w sleep apnea and snoring, prolly because it keeps air passage open. Insurance paid for it-went to dentist and had a mold made and a custom mouthguard from that Wore it about a year and one night u went to get it and it was gone. But the lab dog had been in there and he eats anything that will fit down his throat .so i made him throw up while debating whether I really wanted it again if it had been in his Tum -nope and I think it was prolly chewed to bits Went back to the dentist and got another one made.forgot and left it on the counter and the suspected culprit was seen exiting and chewing I looked at how much the guard cost and it was 400 bucks-insurance covered all but 80. The I saw u could buy mouthguards for 10 bucks. We went to a sports store and bought a red one for…………..1 buck. Then I found some clear plastic ones two for $15 I could have bought 4 packages of the clear for the 80 I had to pay for the one made by the dentist. Now the mouthguard is not as high into the guns as the cheapo but guess what it worked!!!!!

Pet peeve o day-turning left into parking lot

I really hate being a passenger and thus on the right hand side of the car when domeone turns left onto a parking lot behind a slo-poke and there is oncoming traffic. I think the driver should wait for the first car to clear the street before turning-otherwise I see my impending doom in a car wreck as he manages not to die but I am smooshed like a grape
